Marie-Antoinette Harvey, Volunteer & Community Engagement Coordinator

Marie-Antoinette Harvey is a Jamaica-born, Miami-raised mom who recently moved to Houston in search of new opportunities. She serves the team as an AmeriCorps VISTA to support PIF’s volunteer & community engagement coordinator. She enjoys knowing that her work will make a positive impact and build connections that will benefit the mission of building sustainable local food systems.

Her favorite veggie is bell pepper because it reminds her of the tasty dishes from her Caribbean upbringing.
