Garrett Cornelison

Garrett grew up in rural Oklahoma, making his way to Texas for his higher education. He earned a BA from Texas A&M University and a JD from the University of Texas School of Law. He is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at Quanta Services, Inc. Garrett arrived in Houston nearly a decade ago, which he found to be a big, diverse, cosmopolitan city with welcoming people and a lot of opportunity. His favorite thing about Houston is that hard work is rewarded and people want to see you succeed. His passion for PIF is attributed the confluence of things that matter to him: helping new arrivals integrate into this community, supporting and growing small businesses, and an emphasis on healthy, sustainable locally grown food. In addition to PIF, Garrett supports the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. His favorite PIF crop is broccoli sprouts!
