The delivery time listed (12:00-6:00pm) is an estimated range , not a guarantee. The customer is responsible for retrieving their delivery package in a timely fashion. Our packaging does not ensure temperature control. Plant It Forward will deliver to the customer's doorstep unless otherwise specified in writing in the customer's original order comments. (Please notify Plant It Forward customer service immediately if you need to inform us of information specific to your delivery.)
